Formed in 2007 by Norwegian trumpeter Tine Thing Helseth as a fun collaboration between musical friends, the 10-piece, all-female brass ensemble tenThing has firmly established itself on the international scene to great acclaim. tenThing is celebrated for its commitment to outreach and access to music through a diverse repertoire that ranges from Mozart to Weill, Grieg to Bernstein, and Lully to Bartok.

Starter: Smorrebrod with roasted red pepper and rosemary, zaatar, pickled radish
Entree: Norwegian seafood boil with crawfish meat, cod, shrimp, potato, dill, thyme butter and lemon
Vegan option: Norwegian Vegan potato stew with carrots, seitan, turnips, dill and thyme
Dessert: Norwegian Almond Cake with custard topping
