Starter:
Roasted tomato polenta with sautéed wild mushrooms, Parmesan, fried sage, chili aioli, and dinner rolls with whipped butter

Entree:
Pepper-crusted smoked brisket with horseradish cream over Boursin-whipped potatoes, maple-glazed green beans, and caramelized onion, or bell pepper–black bean fritter with red pepper and sweet corn coulis over roasted potatoes, maple-glazed green beans, and caramelized onion (V)

Dessert:
Vanilla and dark chocolate mousse trifle layered with toasted brownies, amarena cherries, and vanilla crisps
