Center Stage Dinner Series
To start, grilled peach and sweet corn salad with heirloom tomatoes, baby kale, burrata, and chili-spiced smoked pecans topped with pickled radish, pickled red onion, fresh basil, and micro kale, served with a grilled baguette. For an entree, sweet chili-garlic glazed salmon over rice noodles and miso with stir-fried vegetables and mango salsa cruda, or sweet chili-garlic glazed tofu (V). For dessert, raspberry-ginger sorbet with mint sugar and candied ginger.
